Smoke Valt 24 inch
I have used twice and I beleive this is going to work great once I get used to controling the vents and better learn placement of meat. Over the weekend I smoked to boston butts. Everyone loved the meat! I was surprised as to how much drippings missed the drip pan and also the pan around the burner. There were puddles of grease around the feet. Now I have to work on getting the grease out of the concrete! I wil look for a remadie on this.

Recomended for beginners to experts
Pros: Easy to assemble, temp recovery is fairly quick after opening door, solid construction, easy to use, plenty of space inside.
Cons: Single door (loose heat when adding wood), included thermometer not very accurate, have to run digital thermometers through vents
