First time buyer
I read more reviews than I can remember to decide if Chaco was right for me. I had purchased a pair for my 10 year old daughter years ago because she wanted some like her friend. I bought them at a discount shoe store and didn’t think much of it at the time, I didn’t know anything about them. A few years ago I found out that my heel was hurting due to a bone spur. I wanted good sport sandals for the summertime. I don’t like the look of the Teva brand, I did consider Skechers. I wanted something that would hold my foot secure to the base like my ASICS do. Quality of Chacos has really declined
I had to return these sandals. The sizing isn't the same as it used to be, I ordered my usual size and they were too small. Also, the color wasn't as pictured, they were described as blue and magenta, but the color was not magenta, it was hot pink, very unattractive and cheap-looking. The quality of construction is considerably lower than it was some years ago, especially the sole, which is really important! I won't be buying Chacos again.

Chaco Sandals
The sandals seem like the real deal at about 40% savings. I have only worn them once but worthy of a 1.5 hour hike and 9 hours of wear straight. A lot of walking and stair climbing with no issues. Would recommend these sandals.

Best Shoe Purchase ever!
This is my first pair of chacos, and I love them! so comfortable and cute! I can walk and hike in them all day long. I am not a shoe person but I can wear these all day! The shipping and handling was slow. Don't know if that is normal or just due to Covid, but they did get here and the price could not be beat. Love them!

These are not true to size but actually smaller. I would try to order a half size up from your regular size. I requested a return which they sent me a shipping label for that, but then when I received my credit it was minus the shipping. I had to pay shipping cost for a product I do not even have. Ridiculous!

Very comfortable
The shoes are great. When they first arrived I did not realize that ALL the straps are adjustable! Just follow the instructions for loosening and tightening every strap to fit your feet perfectly. The toe strap helps to stabilize them on my feet and I could complete a moderate hike in them.

Runs Large
I normally wear a size 10, but purchased a 9 and they fit perfect! especially once you know how to adjust the straps.
Also, they loosen up in the water so you can tighten the straps more before going in.
I can't wait to break them in!

Wife Loves Chacos... Maybe She Loves Me 2?
Bought these for my wife to replace the pair she had worn out after many (stress - MANY) years. She LOVES these sandals. VERY comfortable. Great fit. Secure for an active lifestyle.
Was looking to get her current sandals resoled by Chaco. That's one of the great things about these shoes. But given COVID and the delays in getting this work done, it would have been the end of the summer before she got them back. Campsaver to the rescue! Got a great deal on a new pair for only a few bucks more than resoling the old pair. Will still get that done too, but now there isn't a rush.
Will keep coming back to this brand. My daughter likes them too, but doesn't like the toe wrap style. Luckily, Chaco makes quite a few different styles. Thanks guys for a well-built, well-designed product that looks great.

My first pair of Chaco
It’s hard to find comfortable shoes for someone with flat feet and bunions. These sandals were comfortable right out of the box. They felt even more comfortable after wearing them in a house for a couple of hours. Their insoles are softer then the Classic’s model, so they do not pinch the side of my foot. Very happy with my purchase.

Chaco sandals
I have seen so many people wearing their shoes and I finally broke down and bought a pair. I got the Chacos With the big toe strap, because I wanted something a little more sporty, I absolutely love them. They are like tennis shoe sandals for your feet! I have only worn them a couple times, but my first impressions are excellent. I think I’ll be buying my mother a pair to wear when she is camping.

- Loose debris can get between foot and sole of shoe and run a little
