Very disappointing chaco product

I bought Chaco sandals this summer and I wore them literally every day, these shoes were the opposite and I had to return them. The material was stiff, they were narrow and felt like they had no arch support. I don't know how my sandals and the Harper mid we're produced by the same company. Wish I had read the reviews first. I was so excited to get these shoes, and they really let me down. I could probably find better shoes at a dollar store
