Ladies, this is it. Not only does the waist run true to size in a Large (31" for me), they are insulated, warm and wind-stopping. Although they are too long, because they fit so well with the adjustable waist, I will hem them.

These are the best outdoor pants I have owned because they combine excellent warmth into a lightweight and breathable, waterproof pant. Living in the midwest you never know what mother nature is going to bring and I can find a reason to put these pants on almost daily!
