The boots are comfortable and fit true to size. Unfortunately, the insoles provided with the boots are perfectly flat, so they need to be replaced in order to have any arch support.

Boots fit comfortably and true to size, unfortunately the insole that's provided with the boot is absolutely flat - no arch shape whatsoever.
I think I'll keep the boots, but will need to buy insoles separately in order to wear them
