My only real problem with the jacket was that it didn’t match the photo on the website. The picture had white fur trim and white stitching. The jacket that arrived had dark tan fur trim and black stitching. Can make me worried regarding counterfeits when this has happened in the past but I don’t necessarily suspect that is the case here since it’s a U.S. based company. Customer service was nice when I called but said there wasn’t anything that could be done except a return or exchange for another product. The jacket is very warm though, just not what was advertised.
