This coat is VERY WARM and comes with a LOT of pockets within pockets for you to store your wallet, cards, your phone, a little hook to channel your earbud/headphone cord through that guides it up to the hood. All of these thoughtful touches make the Delta perfect for someone who doesn't want to drag a purse around with them in the cold. The hood is HUGE which is great because I my afro demands it - but you can adjust the wideness/tightness of it easily and you can also remove the fur edging entirely (snap on/off). I've worn it out in the rain multiple times and while it does get wet on the outside, I did not feel it seep through to my clothes at all. Also the pockets retain the heat from inside the coat and keep my hands very warm.

As for the fit: I ordered a Small/6 as that was the only size remaining: My measurements are 34-28-37, 5'4" and 140lbs with muscular thighs. With the jacket zipped all the way up/down I have no trouble walking but it's a little snug around my thighs. I simply unzip a little from the bottom up when seated and all is well. Unusually nice jacket- light but substantial, warm and waterproof. Hood is oddly big. I like the matte/not shiny fabric. I'm 5/7 120 lbs and 8 is a bit too big. They rate it 7 out of 10 for warmpth. Cozy and it's got some style.
