The medium size was too big, and the small size was to small in the armpit area, which made it uncomfortable to wear. I am 6ft tall and 180 lbs. Maybe if I was 5’9” or 5’10” and had skinnier arms, it would fit like a dream. Other than sizing, the flannel was awesome.
