I ordered this directly from Dango (big mistake) and had major issues. You have to fight to get cards in and out, which also damages the cards. I regularly had to take out ALL of my cards to get to the one I wanted. The leather piece started to show wear after less than 30 days, so I returned it. Rather than apologizing for the issue, Dango deducted $25 from my refund for their own poor quality. They also deducted $25 for a couple of items that I received as a part of a bundle, but forgot to include in the return package. (I would have done so, had I remembered receiving them, but since I didn't want/need them, they didn't get into the return package.) Since I was returning a product that didn't function well and was already falling apart, I might have expected them to overlook the forgotten items in the hopes that I might buy a different product in the future. Instead, they only refunded $29 of a $79 order.

I won't be buying from them again.
