Very light boots
Overall I really like the fit, feel and look of these boots and I believe they will be very functional for trekking around the trails in VA, WV and PA during the warmer months. They have drain eyelets in the bottom inner foot area that will be nice for draining water after crossing streams and the material is light and will likely dry out quickly. They have double stitching and the quality of the materials is obvious. I would have liked a little more padding around the ankle but the height is perfect and these don't bother my ankles which a lot of boots do. If there was slightly more padding in the ankle I would have easily given 5 stars.
