I recently bought these for an 11 day trip to Iceland with lots of rain, hiking and waterfalls. I put them on the first day and didn't take them off the whole trip. There was no break in period and I kept telling my wife how comfortable these boots were the entire trip. Now she wants a pair. After a month of use I highly recommend.

Nice and comfortable shoes

Shoes suitable for walking in the city and for light hiking.
Water resistance is still a bit different from that of GTX, so it is not recommended to wear it when it rains.
The Brown/Red color scheme is very suitable to wear, and it is not abrupt at all in the city.

Danner 600 hiking shoe

I was anxious to receive my purchase after reading reviews and taking advantage of the special pricing. Unfortunately the regular width was uncomfortable. Been wearing Keens for some time and the wider toe area suits me better. Was going to exchange for a EE but the product I wanted was not available. Free return process was fairly straight forward. Now just waiting for my refund.

Danner Mountain 600 Hiking Boot

Comfort straight out of the box! My girlfriend and i do a lot of hiking and no matter the distance these boots are always comfortable. I've crossed creeks and have yet to have water get in them. Highly recommend to anyone looking for something outside of a huge clunky hiking boot!
