First Impressions
Boots just showed up 1/9, ordered on 12/30.
First impressions are mostly positive. The fit is as expected, 9.5 D width. My feet are somewhat on the narrow side and these fit well. A little stiff, but I expect they will break in nicely.
The construction looks well done. My only beef are the laces, they do not look as if they'll last very long. The lace diameter is small and they feel a bit stretchy.
My last set of Danner boots are well past 10 yrs, so I do not recall their original laces, but think they were beefer.
Looking forward to putting these to use.
