Fantastic pack!! - Deuter ACT Lite 60 + 10 SL Pack

I bought one of these at the beginning of the year. I had been having a hard time finding a fairly lightweight pack that had enough space for multi day hikes but was not huge. More importantly I was having a hard time finding one that fit and felt good. I went to a brick-and-mortar store and was measured and fitted, then proceeded to weight up and try on about 20 packs and walk around for awhile. I was there all afternoon. The problem is that I'm 5'7 but I have a really short torso. My correct size is usually a S but those almost always fit strangely. I have back problems so comfort is a biggie.
As soon as I tried this one on, I knew I'd found my pack. SO comfortable. The torso adjustment is amazing. And the way the pack is designed, it's really easy to make adjustments while you walk. Love the lower compartment, and all the storage areas are so well designed. I've worn this pack for miles of trail at this point and could not be happier. Balanced, sturdy, versatile- brilliant.
