I returned it.
Great bag but the main compartment was too small to get anything accomplished. IMO the bag size doesn't warrant the suspension system.

Roomy bag
I just brought my backpack on a weekend ski trip and managed to keep all my gadgets, gear and clothes, all in an organized manner thanks to the super roomy zippered pockets. Although I'm a petite female, after the pack was filled, it sat nicely on my back, and I could tilt my head back without restriction. The shoulder straps were comfortable with no chafing against the neck or shoulders, and the suspended space between my back and the pack definitely made it a lot cooler (I perspire easily).
Love the hidden rain cover although I didn't have to use it in the snow.
As for the width, it wasn't as wide as I thought. Fits the silhouette.
Nice construction, definitely makes me a happy camper with it.

What I Expected
Arrived as scheduled and very well packaged. It's a nice backpack as I expect from Deuter. It is a little larger than I thought but this is not an issue.
