Great pack

I have only used the pack once so far, but I am very impressed with it. I barely noticed the weight and I really like all the external straps for snow shoes, trekking poles, and ice ax. The storage compartments are very good as well.
Pros:
  • Light weight
  • Extra space option
Cons:
  • NONE
Best Used for:
  • winter hiking
  • Overnight and weekend hiking camps

Great backpack for a good price

the deuter guide talks for itself and doesn't need explanation for people who are looking for a rugged climbing pack!
I was keeping an eye on this backpack for some time, the price here made me go for it.
Would recommend: Yes
