Terrible, awkward design
I had the old eagle creek version of this and used it for around 15 years happily. It had gotten very banged up and a bit ripped so I decide to buy the new version. It is so poorly designed! The top flap is smaller than the rest of the duffle so even if not completely full, it's incredibly difficult to close. The top also doesn't open all the way, even when empty, so packing is a pain. Also, if you put anything in those outside pockets, the whole thing is even worse, impossible to keep all the way open, impossible to zip up. I regret this purchase immensely and as I got it right before a trip I had to use it immediately and so couldn't return. Don't recommend!

Rugged Well Built
This is a sturdy 2 wheel trunk that you can tell is built to last. From the protected wheels to sturdy zippers and quality fabric. I wanted something I could depend on for an extended vacation and this fit the bill.
