ECCO BIOM Hiking Boots
These are the best boots I've ever worn, and this is my second pair! They wear well, I've never had a blister, my feet breathe, my ankles are supported, they're great in bad weather as well as hiking in all terrain, and they are so comfortable, I wear them with jeans into the city. I may never buy another brand of boots again in my life, and appreciate so much the quality and craftsmanship.

Comfortable, need to test them
I have yet to wear them for long hiking distances, but on the first couple of tries the boots feel comfortable and have lots of ankle and arch support. They were a tad heavier than I expected, but that could be because I'm used to wearing light shoes (i.e. Clarks desert boot). I have a slender foot and the width of the boot was perfect. I'll update after I've put decent miles on them!

Replaced a previous pair of Biom hiking boots, but not sold on these boots yet
I purchased the boot after having a previous pair that were a different color. I love these boot BUT! the new pair has a spot on the right inside fabric just above the heel that the stitching is pulled very tight and it rubs on the back of my heel area. Other than that the boots are great. I am not sure if I will return them for another pair or try to loosen up the pair I have. The left boot is just fine so I believe it is just a mistake in the manufacturing of the right boot.
