This is an all-in-one Esbit solution for boiling a 16 oz. cup of di-hydrogen oxide... i wish campsaver would offer the Esbit alcohol version, but was able to Dremel off the Esbit pan and use this cookset (compatible w/Coleman's Exponent Solo anodized cookset) with a 'half-penny' alcohol stove - as anyone knows, hexamine is messy, smelly, and a PITA to clean up!
