After staying in one of these tents during a whale-watching trip to Vancouver, we came home and bought one from Campmor. We love the inside rooom and the fact you can stand up to get dressed/undressed. All sorts of versatility for ventilation. But here's the kicker: Over Memorial Day Weekend, we got hit with a HUGE thunderstorm and cross winds so strong they knocked over trees in the area. We thought we were in a hurricane or mini-tornado. This tent held up perfectly to a one hour constant assault when we thought it would fail and were ready to run for it. Completely dry inside! We can't possibly recommend this tent more highly!

The Eureka Sunrise 5 is very easy to set up and is well constructed. The zippered windows and door set it apart from the typical big box sporting goods store models. Also the storage panels can be put on the wall of your choice. The reflective light panels and the built in lanyard for a battery powered lantern is functional. I'm 5’11" and can stand without problem. The clear plastic panel for entertainment is okay for what it is but a little gimmicky for me. It will probably sleep 4 but I plan to use it for me and my wife plus gear and room to dress. The cons are somewhat normal. Replace the stakes with stakes of your choice. Even though the footprint (not included) should be smaller than the tent, it's slightly smaller than I expected. I punched and hammered in grommets on mine. You might want to make your own footprint. But so far I'm loving it and would recommend it without hesitation.
