Bought these as my first pair of Climbing shoes. Work extremely well in gym. I wear a size 10 and bought size 10. Heel very secure. Shoes fit well over-all. Break-in tough! Knuckle on big toe toughest spot to break-in. Climbed in 4 times for 3 hr period. Had to take off every couple of climbs or effected my climbing. I'm sure will be great shoe when broken in.
