After having a lot of downturned, performance shoes, I opted for a more comfortable gym shoe. I fitted the Defy in the gym, and I knew it'd do the job. I have no problems even with technical sport/boulder routes and problems. It's comfortable, and would do 90% of the stuffs you need done. Only overhangs on small jib footholds would make it cry...
