Way too small for men size

It is possible that the sizes are women size. They are at least TWO FULL sizes smaller than my normal shoe size. I was not able to even fit my foot into these shoes. When I tried to force it in, not only it was painful but I almost could not get my foot back out. Returning them immediately!
