Most Helpful Positive Review Good all-around shoes overall.
Good shoes, for me the fit is a bit off although they haven't stretched yet. The shape and sizing is very similar to Pontas but I like opposing velcros more. Work well on small edges.

great shoes

I got these shoes to replace my 5ten Rogue VS (my first pair of rock shoes). I ordered a size 10.5 which is one size down from my street shoe size. They are fairly tight, though the toe box forms to the toes pretty well. These shoes have great grip, which has given me extra confidence to try for more difficult moves. Overall, these are fantastic shoes.

Pontas II Climbing Shoe Brief Rave

I LOVE THEM! I learned to climb using the Pontas, so to have the Pontas II on my feet brings me back a few years. Thank you for sending the shoes, absolutely stoked to shtuff my feet into these booties and scale some rocks.

Pontas II shoes are great

These shoes are great for climbing. They have a size issue. Initially had to return the first pair I received because the left shoe was not the correct size. It was labeled as the correct size but putting the left and right shoe together clearly showed a size difference. Campsaver sent me a replacement pair right away and in a week I was climbing again.

Great All-Rounder, But Can Get Stinky

The fit is good, especially if you have wider feet or a long second toe. They are very comfortable, and while they do not seem to strech much, they will conform to your foot. For a fit that allows edging and smearing, I'd suggest a 1/2 size below your street shoe. They get smelly (dead animal?), so be sure to let them air out or your pack will also smell. This is my second pair.
