Bad Shoes, Great Service

by Jefferson, Written on December 12, 2013
I ended up not liking these shoes, but right after I realized this I got an e-mail from campsaver about their no-hassle return policy. What kind of company does that? I returned the shoes and got a refund with no hassles. I will definitely buy from these guys again because I know that if I'm not satisfied they'll take care of me

Well Made / Great Rubber / Runs Small

by newbie climber, Written on December 12, 2013
I am relatively new to climbing - 4 months.
Still trying to figure out how companies size their shoes.
My feet measure 281mm / 285mm, with morton's toe. I am supposedly a size 10 - 10.5?!?!?!
These were 12.5 and I so wanted them to work.
They accomadated my longer 2nd toe but really crammed my big toe.
I tried walking up stairs using just the toe section and these HURT.

Great for bouldering, and all around.

by Aband, Written on December 12, 2013
The build quality is great. I have never been disapointed with a pair of evolv shoes.

On to this model. It is designed to be a bouldering shoe. These shoes do not stretch, but after a few months it has molded to my foot perfectly. I wear the same size as my street shoe and they are actually comfortable for me. I have a narrow heel and wide toes. Originally they very very snug, but now I can

great for bouldering

by acon, from NC, United States Written on September 10, 2013
Pretty aggressive shoe perfect for overhang bouldering problems. Runs small. My street shoe is 8. Had to get 8.5 for snug fit with some toe bend. My anasazi v2 are size 8 and toes are curled. Usually am fine with 7.5 in la sportivas. Doesn't feel like it will stretch much at all. I like the bigger round toe box for my foot shape but prefer a more pointed shoe for climbing outdoors. But fo

Great shoe, but really really small

by Dotson, Written on September 10, 2013
This shoe has a surprisingly agressive feel, a nice clean edge, somewhat rounded toe. All in all, this is a great shoe for a V2-5 climber. Just beware of two things:
1. I have had to return two pairs because of size issues. My street shoes are size 11, and I read that these shoes come a bit small, so I ordered my street shoe size instead of a size smaller like normal climbing shoes. They were STIL

My first pair, here is my input

by Andy, from FL, United States Written on September 10, 2013
I was expecting to get a half size to a whole size smaller of a shoe for my feet but after reading many reviews on this shoe, many said this shoe might make you run a bigger size. So I stuck to my regular shoe size 11 and they are right where I want my toes to be, curled in and tight (no socks). After trying them for my first pair of shoes they served me pretty well and I would recommend this to a

Be Careful With This Shoe

by Adubz, from TN, United States Written on September 10, 2013
First of all these shoes are more downturned than they look in the pictures which makes them great at steep climbs and edging on small holds. They lack the ability to smear though, which is disappointing for indoor climbing. I also got a half size bigger than I thought I needed and they are still uncomfortably tight. I can't where them for more than 20 minutes before my toes fall off.
