I got this jacket when it was half off so it made the deal even better and Campsaver always comes through with their products. I've worn this jacket in rain storms that were about equal to jumping into a lake and I always stay dry, and most of the time the jacket is dry enough to put away before its even done raining. It does exactly what its designed to do. It does run large in sleeve and torso length so if you generally wear a large shoot for a medium unless you have long arms or a bigger stomach to take up the material. The only negative I've encountered so far is their is nothing on the inside between the jacket and your skin which can feel a little weird at times. If the rain is cold you can feel the coolness of it because its a thin jacket but if you're moving around its actually kind of nice. However, a mesh line sleeve or something would have been nice addition. It's a pretty stylish looking jacket as well so it doesn't have to be a camping item only. It's super light and compresses well, they designed it so the hood is a stuff sack but I prefer just throwing it in a compression sack instead. All things considered It's a really nice jacket and worth the value I payed for it but I most likely wouldn't pay full price for the jacket since their isn't a liner inside.
