Consider the WIDE version of this mat.

Excellent in all respects but one: the taper makes the bottom so narrow my feet continually get off the mat. Consider the Wide version for an extra 5 inches at the shoulder and 3 inches at the foot (for a total of 16.5").

Solid product. I am 6'5", 225 and it keeps me well off the gound. Packs small and light. Strong recommendation.
