Loved the concept

Whe i got pad in mail i thought it was perfect, then I looked at the two valves that you can fill pad up ,I thought to my self it reminded me of a high end version of a valve you see on a infatable water floaty,Filled it with air put on floor in my living room & two hours later I noticed it was getting soft. The product minus the valves 100% ,with those valves useless.
