Received the hat quickly. Was shocked when I opened the package. The amount of real looking wolf fur on this hat was spectacular. A visual phantasmagorical thing of wildness. Next I tried it on. A perfect fit. The comfort was more than could be expected. Then I tried tying the ear flaps down with the handy dandy adjustable buckle which can be manipulated while wearing gloves. It was like wearing a super soft warm cloud on my head. I looked in the mirror and was shocked by the manly stud looking back at me. I really love this hat. Dark Olive is brown, not green

Bought the dark olive one under the assumption that it was more green, as it appears in the image. It is not, it's a very dark brown. So, just a note for anyone else who is looking at that hat thinking it will be green. Other than that seems to be a solid, warm item of clothing. Standard Fjallraven product.

This hat absolutely keeps your head warm! Extremely well made of high quality materials. It fits perfectly, and looks great. The fur is so soft it feels wonderful against your skin. Great product by Fjallraven.

Warm Hat

All parts of my head that it covers- cheeks, ears, head, are kept warm in very cold and windy conditions. I bought it partly so that I could still hear with ear coverage, but the earholes are very small and of little help. I also like that it is machine washable.

Very warm, very soft

After getting this i've worn it many times for various activities. It's great for those single digit days when I have to scrape the car off in the morning. I also took it with me on a trip to a Yurt recently. During the middle of the night the temps dropped and this was perfect. It's very warm, so if you're doing any significant physical activity, it's probably going to be too much. But for mild activities, morning walks, snow storms, shoveling the driveway, it works great. The faux fur is still very soft. I've used similar hats made from real fur (rabbit) and this is on par.

Absolutely satisfied

Have been in Sweden for two years, I am a big fan of Fjällräven. Bought this hat on 30% off for this unusually cold winter in Indiana and it is worth every penny. I wear it almost every day and it simply keeps my head and face warm. I love its look and it is also very durable. Definitely will continue to have for more Fjällräven apparels in the future.
