Not what is advertised.

I ordered this product and I assumed that I would receive the hooded fleece shown in the picture. However, that was not the case. Instead I received a completely different Fjallraven fleece, which could not actually be found on the website. I communicated with customer service via email for about a week. Eventually they determined that they did not have the hooded fleece they were advertising. The
