For reference I am 5'7" 145lbs and ordered a medium. Wore them for a week of skiing in Alberta. Small would have been a better fit, but the waist was adjustable and it allowed for plenty of room for a base layer. The pants were very well insulated and very warm. Style and fit look great, not too baggy in the waist/rear. HIGHLY recommend them! Thanks to Campsaver for a great product.
