Solid sidecountry binding
I have been using Fritschi Diamir bindings for 20 years on hut trips and side country journeys. It is a solid binding that accepts an alpine boot and has a standard DIN release. They are great bindings, sturdy and durable. The downside is they are a little heavier than the modern tech binding. But the tech binding needs a special boot = more money.
Pros:
- Simple
- Ease of use
Cons:
- Heavy
Best Used for:
- sidecountry excursions
- hut trips

Love my new bindings!
The Eagle 12 bindings rare fine for me. I'm not a very aggressive hard core back country skier. These held up just fine for me. Good performance. Needed new bindings for my new fat skis!

awesome! (so far)
these are amazing bindings the boot clicks in very easily and it's are very easy to adjust the size and din on them. The so far is that i haven't skied any big stuff with them so i don't know how stable they are or how well they release.
it is also very easy to switch to touring mode.
i would deffinatly recomend these bindings
