The gold standard for utilitarian skins
long known as a great standard skin squarely set in the bland middle ground. Not a tenacious uphill as accent or skins-direct, not as glide friendly as molehair based plush. Fater skin materials are more durable than this, thinner ones certainly lighter. But you will grab for these most often if you have multiple sets and no idea what your facing. Sometimes the boring middle ground is where we all live most often.... Until the skins come off...

Great Skins
The Alpinist skins work perfectly. They can fit pretty much any ski you want to use thanks to the specially designed tip section; and the non-adhering strip down the middle makes it easier to take off when you're done skinning, or when you're trying to pry your skins apart.
