Bought this Striker 7cv to put on my brand new Titan 12. It’s my very first fishfinder and I stuck with Garmin due to the success I’ve had using my Garmin handheld GPS. I used a Yak Attack mount and quick disconnects for the battery connection so my unit is not exposed to the elements when I’m not fishing. It’s simple to use after messing around with it for a bit. Love the split screen and basically keep it there now. Make sure you get the cover! I forgot and had to order after the fact. Doesn’t have side scan, but I don’t miss what I don’t have. Love the ability to track my position on lakes and rivers and save waypoints. This is an excellent fishfinder package for a weekend warrior like myself!
