Not Garmont's best, in my opinion...

Let me start by saying by saying I love my different styles of Garmont boots and shoes. I own five pair... I would not want to be without them.

My sixth and last pair - the Trail Guide 2.0 GTX Hiking Boots...hmmm...
I could not hike in these boots because the sole is way too flat. There is no 'bounce' whatsoever. Also, the top of the boot - that covers my toes fits very strangely.

I did not send these boots back because the grip on the outsole is phenomenal! As a result, I only wear these boots at the gym where I need soles that grip...that do not allow my foot to slide - even one inch.

Sturdy boot

This seemed to be a great boot, but I returned it. I have a narrow foot and the toe box was way to wide for me. That said, the construction looked good and they are pretty lightweight.
