Great for several different types of shelter or just as a tarp. I used it as a hammock and it unexpectedly started to rain. Kept me dry through the night, however was pretty cramped when I used it as a cocoon. Next time I will bring a rain fly.

Its easy to set up as a tarp shelter or hammock. As a hammock it is comfortable. However, for it to be comfortable with 2 people in it, expect to be very cuddley-or else the hammock invetiably takes on a 'w' shape.
Cons: I have a 2 person kelty teton tent, and as a fly, the Hybrid Hammock is a little small.
