Flaw in the removable lid - Granite Gear Crown2 60L Backpack

After receiving the pack I went through all the buckles, zippers, etc and noticed one of the buckles on the lid is flipped with the matching buckle on the Pack. One of the reasons I bought this pack is its ability to use the removable belt to use it with the lid as a hip belt pack. Because these to buckles are reversed you end up with 2 male buckles on the lid. Now you can’t secure the lid to the belt to use it as a hip belt pack.
No luck reaching Camp Saver on the phone as of yet. Will keep trying and hope they can help me remedy the issue.
