Most Helpful Negative Review Not dry (but the blue small one is)
I bought two (this green medium and one blue Small), the green one re-inflates after compression. When air re-enters so will water, and packing a larger item OUT from a small kayak hatch when it is bigger than when you put in IN......, CampSaver refunded this item in full, so that's OK.

light weight, perfect for packing, but not very durable

this is on of the the essential items in my backpack. i use a large drysack to pack my sleeping bag, pad, pillow, underwear, socks. they will be always dry on the trail. meanwhile, since there is event bottom on the drysack, the air will be pushed out when all the gear filled in your pack. save space for your packing.
it is very light weight but not very durable because of the thin material.
Pros:
  • light weight, perfect for packing,, save space
Cons:
  • not very durable
Best Used for:
  • backpacking,

Seems well made. I like the rectangular shape- really fits well inside my pack. A few once less than event compression bags but work just as good.

The great thing about an eVent dry sack is that you can squeeze the air out of the sack after you've rolled and closed the top. So for bulky, compressible items like down jackets or sleeping bags, you can reduce the space taken up in your pack.

I've also used sack

I can honestly say that I will never buy another dry sack for backpacking other than these. It is all about the eVent! I have always hated having to use a valve to get the air out or trying to compress the bag just before I closed it, because air always gets trapped that way.

When I use the MSR eVent Sil Drysacks (I have the 18L & 10L) they are so easy to use. When I take them out of my pack t
