Excellent for long (10 miles +) day hikes. Plenty of space and the waist belt is excellent.

I buy it as it's on sale. I try it at home and find out that the torso is not right. The torso is not an adjustable. I return it. I am thinking it will be helpful if campsaver can show the torso of the backpack at the website.

The perfect bag!

I've been working at camps doing Outdoor Education programs for the last 5 years... In my time, I've destroyed many decent backpacks from hard use, some never really fit for what I have to do, some too big and heavy, some too small and short on storage... but Granite Gear really hit the nail on the head with this one. I had never heard of them and upon a little research I really started to like the company and how they view the prodoucts they make. This bag has been perfect! It's comfy, adaptable enough to add my 3L camelbak, has a removable waist belt which is handy when I lead trails, and it's got a great deal of space. BUY IT. You won't regret it!!!

Great Pack!

I love this back pack! I used it to go on a trip to Latin America and also used it as a day pack for hiking. It was great! My only complaint is that I wish it had more pockets but otherwise it is the PERFECT backpack.

Wonderful Day Pack

Great day pack. Loved the features and solid construction. Seemed very comfortable as well. But it was smaller than what I needed so I returned it. But that's my fault, not the fault of the pack, so I can't deduct any stars for that! I wouldn't hesitate to recommend this brand to anyone looking for a medium-size day pack.
