Wrong size

I ordered the medium size, but you sent a small one.
There is no return label, which increases the cost.
The bag does not have convenient pockets for water bottles.
I want to return it as it is a bad choice

great backpack

The Gregory backpack is a very famous backpack. Despite its large capacity, it is lightweight and luxurious in design. I also like the color very much. There is plenty of storage space so you can store various things.

My first order was not so smooth. But the staff from Campsaver was very efficiently dealing with my problem. Finally, my parcel received on time before my flight leaving from the US. I really like the bag also. And at the end, I want to say thanks to Tyler, he answered my call and help me go through all the details which I have problem with. And also he was very nice! Thanks again!

First of all, I'm impressed with the customer service at Campsaver. I tried getting the size S black colour but it went out of stock. I decided to write to them and asked if they will re-stock. The following day they sent me an email asking if I still want that bag and gave me a link. I clicked n it showed that there's an XS available. I remembered I can fit XS too! Without further ado, I bot it! I went back to check stock availability right after the purchase, no more!

I'm Asian and I've got the XS size. Im very impressed with the packing size of the empty backpack. It's so small it looks like a 20L backpack. Upon unpacking, the backpack surprised me even further with its spacious pack, I super love it and never regret a single bit. The black & pink colour compliment this woman's pack so much it looked girly as it looked rugged too. Absolutely loved it!
