The backpask is very comfortable (straps have extra padding), and a good size for a short backpacking trip. It has a lot of compartments, particularly handy ones are the ones on the hip buckles (one on each side) for small things you need easy access to (sunscreen, chapstick, camera...). The only con is that these two compartments have mesh on them, and this seems somewhat flimsy - I got a tear in

Great Pack!

This pack is so comfortable! The fit is great and the back vent really helps keep you cool. The front zipper makes it easy to find anything in your pack no matter where it is. My only complaint is that the top compartment does not detach and always seems to be in the way when you are trying to access the pack. I will probably have that altered. Very annoying. Otherwise, I love this pack!

Amazing Deal

I got the backpack for a 5 day hike on the AT. I could not be happier with it. The ventilation on the back is great and the inside is very roomy.
