Check out the images on the Grivel website for what the Clepsydra S actually looks like. Mine is a wire gate on the outside, solid gate on the inside and a small hood for keeping belay devices oriented properly.

A little heavy, but that's okay since we're looking for a winter and glove friendly "auto locker" for a mountaineering tie in.
