Most Helpful Positive Review GSI Glacier Stainless 12 Cup Percolator
Just exactly what I wanted. I remembered people in my family making coffee with a percolator. Have lost trust in newer auto coffee makers. This one makes coffee that's not bitter. I had no problem with coffee grounds in the bottom of the pot as I used a regular filter in the coffee basket. Makes good coffee; doesn't need electric. Good for preppers or campers.

Conveniently sized

I go camping most weekends in the spring/summer, this is the perfect sized percolator for 2 people tent camping. The 2 of us drink coffee on a daily basis except when camping because it is so inconvenient to find space for... and instant coffee is not an option. This Percolator is small enough to fit in my center console storage but makes enough coffee for the 2 of us.
I've only used a couple of times so can't speak for the durability yet.
Pros:
  • small enough to pack light
Cons:
  • too small for more than 2 people

Great percolator well made and should give many years of use. When used with a filter no grounds in you coffee. Easily packed for campsite or backpacking use. Easy to clean, Light weight and durable. Excellent choice of your looking for a good percolator that should last for years.

Probably the last percolator I'll buy!!

This percolator is quite well made. The internal components are all made of stainless steel. The dome is plastic. It should prove to be very durable.

Glacier 12 Cup SS Percolater

I purchased 2 of the stainless steel 12 cup coffee percolators. I am very happy with them. They are marked with lines on the outside for how many cups you want to make. They can be used everyday inside or out on a camp fire.
