Energy Gel review.

It does what it's supposed to do and that's what matters to me. I hit the gym every morning, then when I get home I hop on the treadmill for an hour and a half. Because I'm going straight to the treadmill after working out for over an hour already I was running out of gas. I was getting dizzy and my legs felt like lead weights. I now use the gel around a half hour into my treadmill workout and it works great. No more dizziness or abnormal fatigue. The Sea Salt Chocolate is a pretty good flavor but I think my favorite so far is the Salted Caramel.
