First off this weighs over 2lbs if you add straps and snap links to hang this hammock. Works great for camping, but a little heavy if using for backpacking. The netting works well. I did have to rig up a spreader bar for the net to keep it off my shoulders. But like any other hammock with a built in net you are still prone to get a few bites from the under side of the hammock. But if you sleep on a pad or in a sleeping bag no worries. The zipper worked fine on he netting. I did take a piece of 550 cord and made a longer pull tab to make it easier to unzip the net from the inside at night. And I replaced the Ridgeline with better cordage. All in all it worked fine for anyone that has backpacked in the deep south in the spring and summer months where the mosquitos are big enough to carry off a small dog. I have since given this hammock to my 15 yr old daughter and now use a kammock wallaby with a eno net under the Glider tarp due to weight of the Bliss. Also I added to carabiners so I could hang this hammock with my atlas straps. The hammock comes with 2 pieces of rope to hang this with. And no snap links or carabiners to clip to tree straps. So if you want a nice hammock for car camping this works great, but I can't recommend this for backpacking due to the pack size and weight.
Pros:
Pest free sleep
Cons:
Ropes to hang hammock
Would recommend: Yes
