Hanwag Badile Combi GTX Mountaineering Boot - Mens
Took them on an off-trail backpacking trip, a lot of scrambling and 4th class summits--did very well sticking to rock. Waterproof crossing streams and on snow. Can't beat the weight compared to my other mountaineering boots--Scarpa Mount Blanc. I'll probably be taking these boots on any non-winter routes.

i own 10 pair of mountaineering boots and 6 pair of hiking boots. This particular boot is very lightweight and very good ankle support. The lacing is alittle difficult and the sole is sturdy and comfortable but when your used to a Salewa, Lowa or say asolo mountaineering boot this boot does not really fit the bill. Honestly it would be considered a much better hiking boot and even then i can think of much better. Hanwag makes great boots but for me this one is a swing and a miss.
