Campsaer sent wrong item

I ordered the Hanwag boots with goretex lining. This version is designated by "GTX" in product description.
Campsaver sent the boots without the goretex lining.
The letters "GTX" are nowhere on the boxes.
Now I have to deal with the nuisance of sending back and exchanging.

much tighter than expected

These boots were way too tight. I expected a boot designed for those with bunions to be romy. These are not. They are very narrow. I could barely get them on, so could not assess whether the last would help people with narrow feet and bunions. I returned them immediately.
