So far amazing!!! - Hanwag Tatra Top GTX Backpacking Boots - Men's

I am writing this review based on initial impressions so the durability of the boots is yet to be determined. For me these boots were comfortable from the beginning. They are very stiff, but I have about 15 miles in them so far. I have not had any issues with hot spots or blisters. They give great support. I was doing some side hilling on some pretty steep terrain and felt very stable the whole time. Overall at this point I am extremely impressed with these boots and can't wait to get them into the mountains this fall. As I said before, these boots are very stiff. As with all boots don't buy these a week before hunting season and expect great results. I am setting my mark at at least 50 miles before I take them hunting this fall. Lastly, I would say these are true to size. I normally wear a 12 wide which is what I ordered and they fit great!
