sharp and unique
I bought two knives. One file my brother and one for myself. The finish is very nice but you can tell they are hand made because of some minor imperfections. The knife itself is extremely sharp. We have gutted one deer so far. I am still trying to convince myself to put it on my belt but I fear I may lose it or ruin it. All in all I am very pleased with the purchase and campsaver has the best price anywhere!

Great Knife - Helle GT
Purchased the Helle GT as a camping knife. The knife was beautiful and Campsaver was great with their service. Finish of the knife was excellent and the craftsmanship that went into the knife was evident. Unfortunately, the knife was sent back with zero issues from Campsaver. The length of the handle was just too short for my large hand. I loved the aesthetics of the knife and tried to convince myself that it would be okay but, in the end, we returned the knife. I have a Helle Alden on order from Campsaver as an alternative. Handle dimensions are larger and hoping it fits my large hand better. If you are considering a Helle knife, the quality knife you will receive for the price is excellent.

Extremely pleased
I would have rated this knife higher, but the system doesnt seem to allow for 4.5 stars, and I didn't quite feel it was "Perfect" but certainly very, very good. The knife is a very nice size for dressing game and general camp chores which is what I purchased it for. It was extremely sharp right out of the box (i was able to shave the hair on my arn with it) which is plenty for my purposes. i could
