Good knife for the money

I received this knife a few days ago and have already used it a number of times. One thing you will instantly notice is the hand-filling handle, which I like. When I first received the knife I realized the tang along the back of the handle was higher than the wood handle with rough edges. For me this did not present much of a problem since I have an entire workshop. A few minutes with a small bastard file, #220 and #400 sandpaper, and an application of Danish Oil finish and I was good to go. The whole job took less than 15 minutes. The wood probably shrunk a little since manufacture, thus the problem. I have seen this situation on other full tang knives, so no big deal for me. That is the only reason I gave four stars instead of five. I do like the knife an it will be my regular carry.

Primo knife

This knife is sturdy, ergonomic and beautifully made. I have one to my husband for his birthday and he couldn't thank me enough. He was impressed with the craftsmanship and integrity of the piece.

Great knife with an awesome edge

Despite being a little hyped up, this is a very nice knife! The edge has real bite too it, and goes through wood like you won't believe! The blade itself is beautiful, with that 18/8 shine. However, perhaps it can be said that because it is so beautiful, it seems a pity to scratch it up. As for the handle, it is very comfortable.

Les Stroud & Helle Perfection.

I have both the Temagami & Temagami CA, and I have to say these are by far my favorite knives I own. I always have my Temagami on me. Well worth the $$$$. Les Stroud has designed a great knife for a great company. GET ONE!!

Beautifully hand crafted

I use this knife every time I go camping, and it has never failed me. Easy to sharpen, and stays sharp for a long time. Sheath holds the knife properly without wiggling out. Just a great all around knife, hand crafted by Helle!

I use this knife for hunting,I have already skinned a 10pt. with this knife cann't wait to use it again. It also handles any chores around camp.
