I got this hiker because I loved my HOKA Challenger trail running shoes, but the soles wore down in less than a year. So I wanted to try these hikers. They fit great and are the right size, but they don't come in wide which I think would help because my toes hurt after going down steep hills. This never happened in the trail runners. After a dusty trail my feet were very dirty. On very rocky, dusty trail they felt very sturdy and did not slip.

I own two pairs myself and purchased a third pair as a gift for my mother. They're super comfortable, with a nice wide toe box, and great traction. Not as much cushion as Hoka running shoes like the Bondi, but they're still incredibly comfortable. Did a 5 & 1/2 mile walk in mine yesterday and they were great. Definitely recommend them.
Pros:
Comfortable
Look good
Wide toe box
Great traction
Cons:
None
Best Used for:
HIKING
walking
Would recommend: Yes
